We Proudly offer 12 months warranty on all our products for their functionality and finishes. We also make sure that all our products will have exact material as described in description.

Since, all our products are hand made by using local artisans and are of one kind. Slight cracks, warping, imperfection and finish variation are inherent property of natural materials but our quality experts keep everything under permissible tolerances.

All our products are being tested and assured for general use. Mishandling and misuse might tamper aesthetic and functionality.

Warranty does not apply on…

• Normal wear and tears with prolonged use.
• Damage cause by incorrect installation/assembly.
• Colour fastness due to direct exposed to sunlight.
• Damage to fabric/leather.
• To claim the warranty, product needs to be shipped back to us for detailed examination.
